Carlos Pharmaceuticals runs a manufacturing plant in Calabar, with staff across production, quality control, engineering, sales and finance. Every one of them wears an ID card.

Brief

Redesign the staff ID card in the Carlos identity, and photograph every staff member for it, so the cards match from the production floor to the front office.

What we did

We set up a portrait studio on site and photographed everyone in the same room and light, in the clothes they work in. The card carries a round portrait, the name, role and staff number on the front, and the issue date, signing authority and company address on the back. Every card went to the printer as PDF, EPS and CorelDRAW files, and the retouched portraits were delivered on their own.
